This home, built in the 1890’s, offers modern amenities and local charm. There is a first floor master bedroom. There is a large eat in kitchen and a separate dining room with seating for 10. There is also a large sunroom complete with a wet bar and flat screen TV. The second floor features four bedrooms, a full bath with tub and the washer/dryer. Three of the four bedrooms on the second floor have ceiling fans. There is a portable fan available for the fourth bedroom. The outside of the house features a large multi-level deck with ample seating and a charcoal grill. The deck overlooks a nice large yard. There is also an outdoor shower. Modern amenities include wireless internet, large flatscreen HDTV and DVD player.
