Unit #3 offers 2 bedrooms, a fireplace in the living room, tile floors in the kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. This cottage has a washer and dryer, DVD player, cable TV and internet. Front porch with furniture to view the amazing everchanging tidal marsh across the street. Shared enclosed outside shower and private path to private beach.
