Rental Terms:a refundable $250 security deposit is required for each reservation.
50% of rent is due upon signing of rental lease with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

May and June of 2009 offered at $1400 per week along with September and October of 2009. Some wonderful summer weeks available for 2009 at $2500 per week. July 25-August 1 and August 15-29.
