Two Bedroom cottage, livingroom with pull-out couch, sleeps 6 adults—-extra room for kids, renovated kitchen with breakfast knook, new refrigerator, new 40 gal hot water tank, screened porch, outdoor patio with grill and picnic table. Few minutes’ walk to Parker’s River beach (warm waters), 3/10 mile from Route 28 commercial area and restaurants, cable TV, and large yard with volleyball. Trash will be picked up. Biking on Rail Trail begins 10 minutes away by car. The Skipper restaurant by the water is only a few minutes’ walk. 25 minutes to National Seashore by car. Smoking allowed outdoors or on porch only, please. Pets OK. Saturday to Saturday rental. $950.00 per week. Reasonable security deposit required.
