Our home is located in a quiet but central Eastham location, and we just completed a full renovation in 2009, including new bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout the entire house!

Main level: Enter into a large kitchen complete with a eat-in dining area. The open floor-plan allows you to be cooking and still chat with others relaxing in the adjacent living room. There is also an enclosed breezeway (part of the kitchen entrance) that allows for outside dining during inclement weather. The breezeway also connects to a large outside deck with deck furniture and a grill, as well as an outside shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Bedrooms # 1 (queen) & # 2 (2 twins) are on the first floor down the hall from the kitchen. Both offer sunny windows, dressers, and closets. A full bath is near the bedrooms.

Upper Level: Bedrooms # 3 (queen) & # 4 (full) are on this level. Both bedrooms have new dressers, closets, fans and share another full bath. TV’s are located in bedroom # 3 and the living room.

Basement level: Washer and dryer.

Lobster pot, grill, iron & ironing board, board games, deck with outdoor furniture, H/C outdoor shower. Refrigerator, washer & dryer, plates, pots, utensils & glassware, blender, coffee maker, toaster, fans (stored in each bedroom closet). 2 TV’s, digital cable, DVD/VCR, wireless/broadband internet access, phone. We do not provide linens, and no pets, smoking or use of the fire-place is permitted.

Nearby Activities:

Our home is near the Cape Cod National Seashore, bay beaches, and Great Pond, a freshwater pond great for families with small children. The Cape Cod “rail-trail” is less than a mile away, and nature trails are close by as well. Easy access to traffic light at Rt 6 lets you drive to Provincetown’s restaurants and whale watching excursions, Wellfleet’s flea market and drive-in theater.

This is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental, with different rates depending on when in the season (or off-season) you want to book. Call for details when you decide on the dates you’re interested in!
