It is an old 1700s farmhouse that is part of the historical community on Cape Cod. It is located directly on 6A, which is a main attraction and beautiful place to live. It is a 3 bedroom home.

The bedrooms are large. There is a full upstairs bathroom with an old fashioned claw foot tub as well as a full bathroom located downstairs with a shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets you could need. There is a double oven, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, and toaster. There is also other electronics such as blenders and mixers. There is a full set of dishes and silverware. There is a family room with a pull out couch for extra room to sleep. There is also a living room and office room. There are 2 porches; a farmers porch on the front of the house as well as a small porch right off the kitchen, which is perfect for lunches outside. There are tall bushes in front of our home which give the house lots of privacy.

It is an idealistic place to live, and only minutes from the beach! You can walk around the block and be right at the water ( it is a wonderful view, perfect for walks at all times of the day) and are only a 5 minute drive to the beach. You are also only a 5 minute drive from the classic Barnstable Village. There is so much around yet you still have the feeling of being in a private residential home. You are only a 10 minute drive into Hyannis, which is where all the major shopping centers are located.

Ideally, we would love to rent the house to one family for the entire summer.
For the months of June, July, and August the renting price for all three would be $12,000. ($4,000/month $1,000/week)
If we did not rent the house for the entire summer, it would be $4,000 a month or $1,200 a week.
