Rental Terms:Rental contract required between renter and owner, 1 week minimum stay, no pets, no smoking, no tents or trailers, maximum of 2 cars in garage, full rental amount plus security deposit must be paid before rental term begins. Security deposit to be returned witihin 30 days of end of rental term. No cancellations once contract signed unless alternate renter can be found.
