This home will offer you an amazing place to start your memories of Cape Cod for years to come… This “Four Square” 1910 vintage Woods Hole home has been renovated with fresh paint, gleaming hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliance and granite counter tops in the kitchen. All bathrooms have been completely redone with new fixtures, one has a claw tub! The style is comfortable contemporary with furnishings from Pottery Barn, fixtures from Restoration Hardware and linens from Ralph Lauren.

Enjoy a backyard garden of lavendar, tulips, daffodils, crocus, Montauk daisies, Russian sage and daylilies…blooming plants and flowers all year long!

This charming home has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a cozy breakfast banquette in the kitchen for those quiet mornings, a formal dining room for dinner parties with views to the garden, and a living room with fireplace and a flat screen TV, DVD and Bose IPod. The bedrooms have a combination of king, queen and full beds, and the house can sleep up to 6 adults and 3-4 children comfortably. It has a beach a block away and is within walking distance to everything! – The village (restaurants, market, bars) the Steamship Authority (ferry to Martha’s Vineyard), the Aquarium, Children’s Park (Taft’s Playground), the Catholic Church and meditation garden, the Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL) and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute (WHOI).
Woods Hole is the starting line for the world famous Falmouth Road Race every August and home to an International film festival in July.
