Looking for year round rentals on Cape Cod? Since the Cape Cod real estate market has been a bit soft the last few years, there have been more year round rentals available. Some folks that have had a hard time filling their summer rental weeks are looking to rent their properties during the Winter season or year round to help cover their mortgage payments.

The monthly rents on year round rentals vary widely from as little as $600 to over $2500 per month. Property types vary widely as well. Apartments, cottages, condos, houses and duplexes are all available locally on a year round or winter season basis. It seems that there are more privately owned houses for rent on a year round basis this year.
