Need Suggestions for a Wedding on the Beach
My niece will be married in Sept 2007 and would love to have a small family wedding at a private cottage on the beach with a large deck overlooking the ocean!
My niece is from MA, currently living in Chicago. She summered on the Cape in W. Dennis swimming in Nantucket Sound. This is where she would like to be married, since there are so many wonderful memories for her of her time spent there. She has looked at places like the beautiful Lighthouse Inn, and decided that she would prefer a small family and close friends type wedding, barefoot on the beach in front of a rented-for-a-week private cottage. She would also love to have a “bonfire” at night, and we need to know particulars about that type of thing also…. like the laws and stuff like that! If you have, or know of someone who has a place like this and is willing to rent it out to a 30ish professional couple for the wedding of their dreams, please let me know! Also, any “hints” or things we need to know would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!! “Auntie”
